By placing an order your agree to the follow return & refund policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and our 40% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send you an RMA number that must be written down and enclosed with the returned goods. You will receive our warehouse address to mail the goods back to with a tracking number. If no tracking number is provided your return will be nulled. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You can cancel your order after it has been placed within a 6 hours after the order was placed for a full refund, no fees.
If you would like to cancel your order and you are within the 6 to 12 hour windows after your order was placed. Please be aware that a fulfillment fee of 30% of your total order value will be applied to cancel the order.
After 12 hours of placing the order, your order will be in transit and can not be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Example: An item is purchased for $29.99 including shipping, the refund amount will be credited for $20.99.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
