The most important tool you need is the smoke drum, itself, plus your existing grill. From there, all you’ll need are flavored wood chips or wood pellets and standard grill equipment. If you’re short a few staples, don’t worry.

We’ve created our bundled Smoke Drum Flavor Kits just for you. They include everything from grill mats to basting brushes, so you have everything you need.

Our wood pellets are locally-sourced and packed with flavor. All you need to do is choose the flavor you want (or mix and match!) and insert the pellets into the smoke drum.

For ongoing smoking, we offer a subscription service for wood chips or wood pellets, so you never run low.

We recommend at least 2-4 drums. The ideal number for you depends on the size of your grill and the amount of time you want to smoke your food.

The longer you smoke, the better the flavor. Each smoke drum contains about 4 hours of flavor, so if you’re planning to spend the day infusing your meat with an unforgettable smoky taste, you’ll want extra smoke drums to swap out.
